CCE Color Run Online Auction 2025!

Colt Stampede Color Run Fundraiser 2025!
Monday, October 20, 2025!
CCE Families – Our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year is just two weeks away!
This event is one of the best ways our school community comes together to celebrate, have fun, and support our students. Our goal is to raise $25,000 before the run, and we need your help to get there!
Follow the steps below:
Your generous donations help us fund student enrichment programs, educational resources for our classrooms, teacher grants, and fun events like Field Trips, Field Day and more! Click Here for the brochure, for all details on how to register, things to do before the color run, race day schedule and the different incentives we have for our learners individually, classroom and school-wide.
Get your dinner tickets for the Color Run!
Color Run is right around the corner and the runners will be hungry. Don't forget to pre-order your dinner!
In N Out Burger will be at the school on October 20th, 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM cooking up fresh hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and even vegetarian grilled cheese sandwiches. Tickets are $8 each and need to be ordered in advance to make sure the food truck brings enough supplies. Each meal comes with chips and a fountain drink.
Best of all 75% of the proceeds come back to the school to fund the programs and events the kids love! ORDER YOUR TICKETS HEREby October 12th! ***Must be logged in to view the form, and it can also be found under “My Account – My Forms” Detailed Instructions for pick-up at CCE will be sent the week prior to the event. Kona Ice!!
In addition to In & Out Burger, we will have Kona Ice on-site during the Color Run. They will be set up to serve from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM and 20% of the proceeds go directly back to Cottonwood!

The Art of Sustainability Workshop Series
Students from Coppell High School are hosting a workshop for elementary to middle school students where they combine art and prevalent environmental topics to teach the youth to be sustainable, innovative, and problem solvers. In the series, students will get the chance to create unique, hands-on projects that are fun, educational, and eco-friendly. We can't wait to inspire many students through our organizations, Shade Seekers (an environmental organization) and SmilesThruArt (an art therapy awareness nonprofit)!

Our PTO is currently seeking corporate sponsors for this year's fundraising efforts. Would your business or employer consider becoming a sponsor by making a donation of cash or items for our silent auction? As PTO, our mission is to support the school and enhance the educational experience of our students. Sponsorship contributions help us to fund field trips, staff appreciation, gifts for school, classroom improvement, teacher grants and more! Since we are a 501(c)(3), donations are tax-deductible and will go directly towards supporting our students and teachers.
